Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of duct systems to identify dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants

• Remove accumulated dirt, allergens, and obstructions from ventilation systems
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all cleaning procedures
• Document work performed, including before-and-after photos and detailed reports
• Communicate effectively with clients about the scope of work and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain equipment in excellent condition through regular inspections and proper storage

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HVAC cleaning or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work outdoors or in confined spaces with physical stamina
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously during all tasks
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites
